职位描述：

    Accountant
    Resp***ibilities
    A. Accounts payable booking and analysis.
    B. In charge of。company transaction and make sure the accuracy of booking.
    C. Arrange the。company。netting between entities.
    D. Prepare monthly。company statement and perform。company reconciliation.
    E. Prepare the account break down for accrual; prepay; other receivable; long term deposit.
    F. Cash advance management.
    G. Prepare PBC for accounts payable part for external audit.
    H. Managing of banking software, analyzing relevant suspense accounts.
    I. Accounts payable booking and analysis.
    J. Control AR for each client and send AR report to the clients.
    K. Arrange the。company。netting between entities.
    L. Managing of ERP software, analyzing relevant suspense accounts.
    M. Apply invoice, prepare and reimbursement details for Cashier.
    N. Prepare and arrange the tax payment.
    O. Other tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Controller.

    Reports and Measurable indicators:
    A. Calculate the sales cost, all kinds of expenses on time.
    B. Finish all the financial reports, including account details demanded on time.
    C. Arrange and pay reasonable tax on time.
    D. Maintain healthy and balanced financial control system.
    E. Correct VAT invoicing.
    F. Correct ERP recording.
    Qualification
    A. College degree, major in finance is preferred.
    B. With Assistant Accountant Certification, has 2 years financial management working experience.
    C. Precise and serious with strong principles.
    D. Good。computer skills with basic English

    Direct report: Account Manager or Financial Controller
